“Very helpful sales assistant. Friendly service. Order placed efficiently and altogether an easy purchase. Softener fitted outside - uses a battery rather than electricity. We didn’t want to use a kitchen cupboard. External casing bought separately from another supplier. Thank you.”

“I found the Bathquest website to be detailed and very helpful when choosing a new water softener. Placing the order was straightforward and followup question on the phone was dealt with professionally and promptly. This was the second time I used Bathquest and I would have no hesitation doing business with them again. First rate!”

“Great communication and excellent customer service, not to mention the price, which was significantly cheaper than other suppliers. Our product was out of stock so they sourced it direct from the manufacture and even re-arranged our delivery to ensure we would be able to receive the product in time for our installers. 100% Recommend”

“Excellent service. I phoned on a Saturday morning asking about a water softener. The call was answered in a few seconds by someone who knew about softeners and who could help me choose a new one. I then ordered online and it arrived the following Tuesday.”
