“After an attempted online purchase of a water softener from Bathquest fell into error I phoned the company and was assisted in the purchase over the phone by a very helpful member of staff who explained the delivery process. Next day my new water softener was with me. The experience could not have been better all for a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Bathquest based on my experience.”

“I recently purchased HiB Exos 100 led mirror cabinet. Stuart was very hopeful. I wanted to know the ETA. He made the necessary calls and called me back straight away. The cabinet arrived on time. I opened the package to check for any damage. It was all good. Can't wait to put it up in my new bathroom! Hopefully it will be up in the next couple of weeks and can write a more detail review on the product then but so far so good.”
