“I ordered a Tapas Meal for 2 for a present for a friend on line and found the ordering process easy. Unfortunately when it arrived 2 of the main ingredients ie Jamon and Olives were not included. However whenI rang the Company they immediately despatched the items to me, their service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.”

“Iberico Pork is my new addiction, brined in a solution of salt, sugar, red wine, thyme, purple sage, rosemary and garlic for 36 hours, lightly smoked for an hour then roasted. I defy anyone to serve a more delicious meat. :)) TV chefs eat your heart out!”
