“I've been on the broads on & off since I was 8 years old. The last time being ten years ago. I now have a ten year old myself, who I wanted to experience the broads with. Barnes who I think we've hired with many times since I was a nipper were absolutely fantastic. Quite a last minute booking with limited choice (the boat I wanted wasn't available) but they gave me a great deal, great price on a different boat. We had an absolutely wonderful time and I can't wait to do it again, with Barnes, hopefully next year. Thanks for the service. “I took a long weekend cruise on the Norfolk broads from Wroxham travelling to Sutton Staithe via Ludham also stopping at Malthouse broad. The holiday was really enjoyable making me realize that I don't necessarily have to travel a long distance from my home to find beautiful scenery and interesting places to visit. I hired a boat from Barnes Brinkcraft which was well equipped with cooker oven running hot water and electricity. Life on the boat was comfortable and sleeping on board enabled us to tour different places either moored outside a country pub or in a nature area . I would recommend a holiday on the broads wholeheartedly yes it is weather dependent holiday and if blessed with dry weather it is impossible not to marvel at the beauty of the Norfolk broads.”

“What can I say. Check in was easy and we were shown everything we needed to know before setting off ourselves. The Broads are lovely and clean with places to stop. No issues with the boat as it has everything we needed, boat was very economical on fuel and easy to navigate. When we were done it was easy to check out.”

“A really good day on your excellent electric boat. We had no problems at all but just a couple of bits we thought worth mentioning. The electric hob seemed very easy to activate accidentally with the power button so prominent. We unplugged it. Also, a bit odd that the toilet window has plain glass.
But another very good day out with Barnes.”
