“We had a short break on the broads for the bank holiday weekend. The boat was ready to go early afternoon, so we were able to make the most of our long weekend. Boat was spotless and clean and everyone we met at the boat yard was friendly and approachable and helpful. As we are repeat visitors we had gorgeous loyalty hamper when we checked in. Which was a great surprise! Check out return were as equally swift and helpful. Would certainly visit again - and we are back in two weeks!”
“I had no issues with Barnes Brinkcraft, staff were friendly and accommodating. I do feel the boat wasn’t adequate for the number of people it advertises can stay on board and is expensive for a budget boat. I also came away with burns on my hands because the ignition on the cooker didn’t work. It was a very relaxing break. I Would recommend this company to anyone.”
“Our first boat for 14 yrs.Check in was very quick and professional,with friendly staff.
We were given a walk through and a short demonstration and were then on our way.
The boat was brinks duet 3 it was clean and a perfect size for 2 people.
Bringing the boat back was easy as staff were waiting to guide you in.
Ghe handing back process was so quick and easy again with wonderful staff members and only took about 15 minutes and we were on our journey home. I would definitely recommend this boatyard as it has a great choice of boats depending on your requirements.”
“Had a lovely time on The Broads for a 1 week holiday. The staff at the boatyard were very helpful at both ends of the cruise. Check in was easy and the short demonstration was informal and reassuring. On the return we were helped with docking our boat which was needed as it is extremely busy on a Saturday morning.”
