“Sometimes it's possible to have a holiday that is so perfect that it becomes an unforgettable, treasured memory: this was our experience on Highlights of Georgia, organised for us by Baltic Travel. First of all, the care taken with planning and organisation was so exact that every stage of our journey: from arrival at the airport for our outbound flight to our return eight days later, went like clockwork. Second, we experienced a wonderful country, which few people in the UK seem to know about or to visit: we would recommend Georgia 100%. We stayed in the capital, Tbilisi, which is vibrant and modern, and on our trips into the countryside we visited churches, museums, archaeological sites, and witnessed the traditional wine-making process. Everyone we met: hotel staff, museum guides, people in restaurants and shops; were friendly and hospitable. Most importantly, our guide and our driver worked hard to make our trip into something very special. They were unfailingly courteous and considerate, and our outstanding guide was able to give us an insight into the complex history of Georgia and the challenges it still faces. This was our second holiday with Baltic Travel and will not be our last: highly recommended.”

“Inga did a marvelous job planning our Island Hopping Bicycle Tour of the Finnish Archeplago. Carfield provided the E-Bikes and were very helpful attending to our needs and transporting luggage to and from hotels. All accomodations were clean and the staff very friendly. We often met the owner and were introduced to staff. Our favorite stops were in Korpostrom and Naantali. Throughout the route we saw the country side, forest, quant cities, wonderful Finnish people, and a variety of ferry rides. A rest and relaxation on the ferry was a welcome afternoon treat. Thank you so much.”

“I had been planning my trip to Finland in 2020 but for obvious reasons it did not happen until 2922. It was so worth waiting for. Communication and customer care by Laura at the Baltic Travel Company was wonderful. You feel as if you are the only customer she is looking after it’s so personalised. As a Finn herself she was able to give me some wonderful tips about my trip particularly to Tampere. Couldn’t recommend this company more but all down to Laura !!”

“So pleased with our Baltic tour, we have been waiting 2 years due to Covid and Baltic travel couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in continually arranging and re-booking as circumstances changed. They have great local knowledge and everything was planned perfectly, hotels were comfortable and very good quality in convenient locations. I would definitely recommend.”

“We just returned from a nine day trip in Denmark and Norway with our 15 year old granddaughter. Both the planning and follow-through more than met our expectations for lodging, transfers, and activities. Daina was always patient and responsive to our questions. This trip is our third with Baltic, and each one has been tailored to our our specific goals for the itinerary while still balancing active time and breathing room. I highly recommend them.”

“The team at Baltic Travel are fantastic; a special thank you to Laura who looked after us from start to finish. Our holiday was postponed for two years due to Covid and there was also a last minute flight hiccup, but Laura sorted everything quickly making it a stress free holiday. Laura shared her knowledge of Helsinki, recommending things to see in and do to make the most our weekend there. The highlight of our holiday was the bear watching night in Kuhmo. Everyone in Finland is warm and welcoming. We will definitely be returning and using Baltic Travel.”

“Booking process I have booked a trip to Iceland, my first trip alone overseas, and the customer service has been excellent. I had lots of questions I wanted answered, I wanted flights changed..... awkward some may say.... but nothing was too much trouble. Personal touch from staff I mainly dealt with Inga who couldn't do enough to help. If the trip is as good as the service I will definitely be booking again as cannot fault service it has been excellent.”

“They are extremely efficient and the customer service is excellent from the time of booking till the end. The itinerary is packed with helpful advice how to travel from airport to the hotel with detailed map to walk the short distances. This makes the journey so easy and fun to follow. We have done 3 holidays with them, group tour and tailor made very good value for money and had a wonderful time in Norway and Iceland! Our special thanks to Daina who has arranged 3 exceptional holidays for us.”

“Just to thank the team at Baltic Travel for their patience and support before and during our trip to the Faroe Islands. Booked pre-pandemic, the team ensured that no matter how many times the trip had to be rescheduled, they communicated and made clear all options available. Similarly, when we did (eventually) travel, we suffered flight cancellations and they made a painful situation bearable. Thanks all round The short break was wonderful, scenery breathtaking and weather abundant! Definitely a trip to remember with culture (the arts, food), nature (how many waterfalls in a day!) and hiking all part of the itinerary. Would definitely recommend Baltic Travel as your trusted travel partner”

“Despite the delay to our booked holiday during covid years, Baltic Travel kept in touch, plenty support and ATOL guarantee kept us going. Loved our trip, well planned and all details thought through, even to them coming back to us because our hotel room might not have a view, offering us alternatives if we weren’t happy. The only disappointment we had was excursions cancelled due to bad weather, quick refund of the excursion costs was excellent, plenty to see and do despite weather and cancellations so would recommend them if you are planning a holiday. Friendly helpful folk in Baltic Travel and in the Faroese, we were made to feel welcome and so helpful.”

“Recently did Norway in a Nutshell and had the time of my life. Just admit was a little disappointed with our first hotel but soon forgot about that because it just got better and better. Would thoroughly recommend this trip. The trip was made even better by the kindness of the tour company and the gesture in celebration of my birthday which was such a nice surprise. Norway is an fabulous country and I can't wait to go back.”

“I was fortunate to choose such an efficient travel company and in particular, I would like to mention Laura Halmela who demonstrated her thorough professionalism in all aspects. She tailored our itinerary according to our wishes and was extremely detailed. Be aware, however, of the high parking fees at the Sokos Hotels ranging from EUR 16 per day to EUR 36 in Helsinki.”

“We wanted a tailor made trip to the Faroe Islands, which would allow us to explore the different islands over 12 days and end up in Torshavn so we could run the Torshavn Half Marathon. We didn’t have a clue where to start so we discussed this with Inga and she planned exactly that for us, and we couldn’t have been happier. The flights, locations, hotels and car hire were all perfect for us and we were unbelievably lucky with the weather! We had a few queries leading up to our holiday which were answered very quickly. We’d definitely use the Baltic Travel Company again when we venture back up north. Thank you!”

“Laura from Baltic Travel created an amazing bespoke holiday for me. She listened to my requirements and designed the holiday of my dreams. After all the global problems in the last two years, she reassured me that everything would be okay and it was. My time in Iceland was incredible and went smoothly. One of my tours needed to be rearranged due to circumstances beyond Laura's control but this was quickly resolved. I recommend this company and will be using their services again.”

“We had a marvellous holiday in Greenland - it is a really magical place, the itinerary was great and Baltic Travel's arrangements went like clockwork in a destination where travel can be complicated.
