“I booked a holiday through Baltic Travel for my husband and myself to visit Tromso, Norway for the New Year 2019/20 and from start to finish the service I received was first class from booking additional legroom seats on the flight to sourcing excursions for us to do during our stay. The holiday went without a hitch and we had the most amazing time. I would definitely book another holiday through Baltic Travel and I would like to say a special thank you to Inga, who was our tour rep at Baltic Travel and who was an absolute star!”

“Booked a tour of Greenland with Baltic Travel Company. Was very happy with everything from from start to finish. They were very professional and sorted out my whole trip and itinerary for me so all I had to do was turn up and enjoy my holiday. During the trip everything great. Quality guides, great activities and lovely accommodation. Would highly recommend them. I was so happy I'm booking another trip through them to go to the Faroe Islands late this year!”

“I had a lovely, friendly and efficient service from the team at Baltic Travel Company, the itinerary provided was very helpful and all questions I had were responded to very quickly. I very much enjoyed the trip I went on, flying into Helsinki, spending a bit of time there before taking a cruise to Stockholm and then sightseeing there. The hotels in both cities were perfect and the sightseeing tours arranged very educational. Both cities were beautiful with a lot to see!”

“We had a fabulous time and everything turned out perfect as I proposed to my girlfriend underneath the aurora and she said yes 🤗 The food was first class and beautifully made and the accommodation was cosy and warm. The aurora bubble was the perfect place to spend the last night and with the aurora borealis putting on a magical show and the champagne in hand it was the perfect setting for a proposal ☺️ We didn’t make use of the hire clothes as we found our own ski gear was perfectly fine but this did not spoil our holiday but would maybe suggest this option is something that could be decided on arrival. Overall it was a magical and beautiful holiday and here are a few pics of our trip 😊”

“I was impressed with the professionalism of the Baltic staff. They listened to my requests for change or concern. Were extremely helpful when the unexpected occurred and went out of their way to ensure my trip was as enjoyable as possible. Thanks to Inga and Laura. My one suggestion is to have a larger presence in Australia. The company is little known at home. Cheers.”

“Helpful and well organised - we had a trip of a lifetime - thank you Particularly recommend a trip to Camp Tamok - our guide was so informative that the whole experience was magical. We hadn't realised that we would get to drive our own dog sledding team and that turn out to be a highlight. Thoroughly recommend it!”

“Daina was really helpful and patient - advising on best options for the budget we had and time available. it was a luxury not to have to panic about getting boarding passes/sorting out taxi on arrival/return. I will def be using Baltic again for our next trip.”

“We had a great holiday, touring the highlights of the Baltics. The hotels were excellent. The one in Vilnius had a Lithuania corner at breakfast, allowing us to try out some local foods, and all were within walking distance of the capital's old town. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the tours themselves very good and nicely paced. The ability to book onto the optional tours also suited us well and allowed us to assess our energy levels before committing to another tour. On the days we chose not to, there was still plenty to see and do at our own pace. We just wish we'd had more time! More time to walk the Hill of Crosses and Rundale Palace, an extra day in Tallinn, and longer city walking tours so the breaks were long enough for toilets, coffee, queuing for both, and a sit down, in particular. We hope to return another time.”

“I'm very pleased that we used Baltic Travel to organise our to trip to Norway. The timings of planes, trains, buses and ferries worked very well and the three star hotels all met our needs. I don't think we could have organised such a good trip ourselves, their expertise was invaluable.”

“An absolutely amazing experience. The trip was well balanced between activities and relaxation at the hotel, where you could go for walks or enjoy the sauna. “Dear Daina, Thank you so much for planning our trip to the Baltics. Everything went well, and the location of each hotel was perfect. We are so pleased that we decided to go to all three cities, as each one was so different. We were pretty lucky with the weather, as it was mostly good for the whole trip. We were very pleased with the prompt pick-ups to and from the airports. We had the same gentleman taking us between all the cities, who was an excellent driver, and very polite and helpful. The weather between Vilnius and Riga was glorious, and we enjoyed our stops and the Hill of Crosses, and Rundale Palace (very impressive restoration - we are so glad you included it on the itinerary) The sky was rather cloudy when we broke our journey at Parnu, but we loved seeing the old buildings there, and found a rather nice cafe, for coffee and cakes! Our city guides in each place were very knowledgeable, and made our tours interesting and fun. Our flights on both airlines were good, and we would have no hesitation in using either of them again. Thank you again for everything. If we make another trip to the Baltic region again, we would certainly use Baltic Travel, and would recommend you to other people. “We went to Moscow and St Petersburg with Baltic Travel (Tour Operator) on their Highlights of Russia in late September. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was well organised and we saw a lot in the 8 days we were there. I would certainly go on holiday with Baltic Travel (Tour Operator) again.”

“It's the second time we used Baltic Travel Company for our self devised trips to Russia. From changing our original holiday plans, Daina and her colleagues were always friendly, helpful (Visa) and organised everything from flights, hotels, train and bus tickets including special requests into a smoothless operation at a good price. I can highly recommend Baltic Travel Company and a big thanks.”

“I worked out from guide books etc. what (in Lithuania & Estonia) we wanted to visit, and Baltic Travel put together a package (flights, hotels with breakfasts, transfers, bus tickets, & excursion to Trakai) to make it possible. All their arrangements worked extremely smoothly, and the hotels were all, as we had asked, within the 'Old Town' sections of the cities we visited. We were also given accurate and detailed instructions as to check ins, bus stations, and routes from there to the hotels. And all at a very reasonable price”
