“I'm a private domestic customer and just wanted to make a one-off purchase of 100 ball-bearings. They were cheap (I compared several sources online) and the price was inclusive of delivery. They arrived promptly, I signed for them, they are exactly as described and what I wanted. I cannot see any reason to give fewer stars than five. A straightforward and satisfactory transaction. Thank-you. — Stephe”
