Luckily there is a coupon code to be applied. Otherwise, it is better to purchase it via Amazon which is cheaper with free delivery.

My product was faulty upon delivery. The company were able to assist with the return of the product and have issued a refund which I currently await. Having read other reviews of this company which suggest that all of the products they sell are faulty, I admit that based on my experience I must concur. It's probably best to spend a little extra money and shop elsewhere to avoid the hassle. UPDATE: The refund is now in my account, so I have now given them 3 stars. The support from the company has been helpful throughout my experience and the returns process has been relatively easy. However, I feel that a company which ships faulty products cannot get higher than a 3 star 'Average' rating.

We bought a Motorola monitor for a reasonable price and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately the picture wasn’t the best so I have emailed them so I could arrange a return and refund but I haven’t heard anything back. So essentially I have a unwanted £100+ monitor sat there and they have my money.

Hi Alice Thank you for your reply on trust pilot however ont eh the 6th June the only email I received was an email saying my order had been dispatched. As ~I didnt receive the item until the 8th and report the fault on the 9th I dont see how you could have sent a return email on the 6th. I have checked all my spam folders and I have received nothing. can you please send the return email. Regards Maria
