“When I rang to check if my order had been dispatched the man who answered the phone was attentive, kind and professional. I had ordered a Cacoonababy and was anxious as no one had had much sleep! he assured me that he would check with the warehouse and then rang me back to say it would be here the next morning. The package arrived exactly when the email I received the next morning had predicted. It was easy to order and pay for and the service was fantastic. The baby is sleeping, and so are we. Thank you”

“Bought the new Luvion Prestige Touch 2 for my sisters baby shower. Was constantly updated about the progress of my order including the fact that it had run out of stock and they ensured it would be delivered before the shower date. Haven't tried the monitor out yet but having purchased a Luvion before from Baby Monitors Direct i'm sure its good.”

“Product and customer service excellent. Website discount code wasn’t working but when we rung the number it was dealt with and ordered over the phone. Didn’t but next day delivery but item was delivered next day”
