“My first visit to Aston having been treated unsuccessfully in the past by other audiologists. Cassie was excellent and very patiently dealt with my extremely hairy ears which have caused lots of problems in the past. I have been referred to my G.P. to investigate further accompanied, for the first time by a private audiologist, with a referral letter. Treatment was professional, friendly and received excellent advice. Will certainly re-attend in future.”

“Had two sessions recently - one with Hollie and one with Duncan. Both were excellent on the technical front but highly professional in all respects. I was struggling with some knee pain but Duncan made sure that I was comfortable in all respects during the wax removal. Duncan and Hollie between them removed quite a lot of wax and i can now hear more clearly . Very good all round - I can highly recommend .”

“When taking my 92 year old father to the practice at Saunderton, the experience for him was very kind, caring and he also was very impressed. Jo, who dad saw was a very lovely lady, as was the young lady on reception. A credit to your organisation.”

“Very good service this morning at Amersham, getting wax out of my ear very efficiently and quickly. I had to wait over a month for an appointment. £85 seemed a lot for just 1 ear.”

“This is one of those family-run businesses that truly care about the customer rather than focussing on making money. Your condition is managed with ultimate professionalism, care and dignity. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they bend over backwards to accommodate you. I’ve been a customer for 15 years and would never go anywhere else. It’s like seeing a friend rather than the transactional nature of going to the dentist! Every business could take a leaf out of Aston Hearing’s book and learn how to create loyal customers with old fashioned customer service and no gimmicks. I cannot recommend Aston Hearing highly enough, you will not find a better company if you tried. Special shout out to the MD, Duncan, who is one of the nicest people I have ever met.”
