My first visit to Aston having been treated unsuccessfully in the past by other audiologists.
Cassie was excellent and very patiently dealt with my extremely hairy ears which have caused lots of problems in the past.
I have been referred to my G.P. to investigate further accompanied, for the first time by a private audiologist, with a referral letter.
Treatment was professional, friendly and received excellent advice.
Will certainly re-attend in future.
