“Chris was excellent, not only did he do a top notch job, he was also very clean and made sure the rest of the house was not impacted by what he was doing. Excellent, thoroughly experienced and I would highly recommend.”

“I have been very overcharged. £540 for a 2 hour and 15 minute job. The fees were not properly explained at all and when I called it took me a day to get through to someone who informed me that the terms were set out in the 'terms and conditions' which I never saw. I then asked to speak to a manager who conveniently was busy. I am still waiting to hear back.”

“Martin turned up promptly at 8am, was friendly and thorough. He clearly takes pride in his work and did a good job for us. He also left everything very clean when he left. I would definitely recommend Martin and Aspect to anyone.”

“The engineer worked well and thorough for my toilet. Although he made a mistake by getting the wrong thing to be replaced, he acted responsibly by reducing the time used to get it from the total servicing time. On the other hand, call centre acted rudely when dropping my call many times when I called them for a number of inquiries. If they could not answer my questions, they will say that they will connect me with other departments then hang up. Hence, minus one star for this experience.”

“Chris was very efficient and polite. He text 30 minutes before so I knew when he was arriving. There a few issues in order to try and get my washing machine fitted but resolved all of them with no problems. Would highly recommend Chris and your service again. Linda Fallon”

“Rafael T came to us at short notice, he has painted our offices really well. He has given a high standard of work, nothing has been too much trouble. He is pleasant and professional.”
