I have been very overcharged. £540 for a 2 hour and 15 minute job. The fees were not properly explained at all and when I called it took me a day to get through to someone who informed me that the terms were set out in the 'terms and conditions' which I never saw.
I then asked to speak to a manager who conveniently was busy.
I am still waiting to hear back.
