“What can I say, don’t use this company, you might as well go direct to the company they're recruiting on behalf of, it would appear you have more success!!! They also don't seem to understand the basics of running a recruitment agency, And Rosanna always seems to be on a “break”.”

“Angie was a dedicated and professional support in my application process for a role being recruited by Ashdown Group on behlaf of one of their clients. The role was sadly retracted by the client but this was no fault of Angie or Ashdown Group. “Chris was very supportive throughout the application and interview process. However, once I had interviewed and fedback that I didn't feel it was the right role for me, I felt as if I no longer mattered and was not really encouraged to apply for any future roles that might be a better fit. I really get the impression now that any future applications via Ashdown will be blocked. I feel as a HR professional, the treatment is very different depending on which side of the fence you are sitting at - it's a very different story when I am the one recruiting!”

“I'd definitely recommend Ashdown Group. The service I received from Rosanna proved that the bad press recruiters often receive cannot be applied to all. Friendly, polite, always called back and always provided prompt feedback. She'd be an asset to any recruiting team.”

I waited about a week for the test, after which I emailed the recruiter (Sharnpreet) to ask if there was any progress.
