“Jon was very supportive, and very professional and organised. But the recruitment agency is lacking to provide accurate information on their job specification. If they can check the accuracy before posting their job advert this will be very useful the candidates.”

“Unaware of the profile required for the role. Not sure of the miscommunication from the company or agent Company was difficult to recruit for as the systems and structure were in absolute chaos. The role had previously had people leave after a few weeks. More honest view presented to candidates in respect of this.”
