“I was grateful that Will recommended me for a covetable job role. As a whole, it was good working with him. I would say the only thing that disappointed me was that I found out through the hiring manager that the hiring process for the job I applied for via him had been rescinded due to changes in the department. It was a shame as I was looking forward to knowing the result. I never heard from Will unfortunately and it left me wondering if I had known what happened if the hiring manager (his client) hadn't provided his work email address. It's a possibility that I could have been "ghosted." Perhaps he wanted me to hear the news through the hiring manager I'm not sure, but I went through three rounds of interviews and had completed a task during a very busy freelance period. I also get rather nervous during interviews, to be honest. I just don't think it's of good character to not inform a candidate. But at least I found out.”

“Good communication in the lead up to interview, however as soon as I was offered the job I didn’t hear anything more. No check up with me to see I was happy with the contract etc. Or if you could help with anything else. I sorted it by myself with my new employee.”
