“Denis and Sharnpreet have both been great, I previously submitted a negative review due to lack of contact post interview, however I have just been informed a few weeks after said interview that the delay was due to the employer, not to them - please disregard my previous review.”

“I had an average experience with the ashdown group. I spoken to Christian who was a clear communicator and ensured I was prepared for my interview. However after the interview there was a week where I didn’t know what was going on and received no updates regarding the role process. I began searching for other jobs as I presumed I was being ghosted. I would have preferred to be better informed.”

The role was sadly retracted by the client but this was no fault of Angie or Ashdown Group. “Chris was very supportive throughout the application and interview process. However, once I had interviewed and fedback that I didn't feel it was the right role for me, I felt as if I no longer mattered and was not really encouraged to apply for any future roles that might be a better fit. I really get the impression now that any future applications via Ashdown will be blocked. I feel as a HR professional, the treatment is very different depending on which side of the fence you are sitting at - it's a very different story when I am the one recruiting!”
