Hi Sultan, thanks for taking the time to leave a review You should have recieved an email directly from the carrier shortly after the parcel was scanned in as they collected it, this usually works like clockworkso apologies if it didnt happen on this occaison; i will raise it with the carrier in order to try & prevent this from happening again to any other customer. “Arrived much quicker than I thought. Packaged well to cope with transit. Great product easy to buy on the website. Bit more expensive than buying them in a shop. But worth it and I will use them again.”

Hi Graham thanks for taking the time to leave a review Please be assured we send all parcels out without delay, as the timeline on the international tracking of your parcel shows. On checking the tracking of your international parcel ( we emailed you the tracking details via email @ 8-36am 04/10/23 ) it appears to have been returned to the uk by customs in your country, but then shows UK have sent it back to your country. We will email you directly in order to arrange a refund for you, as given we sent your parcel on 4th October ie the same day you placed your order with us, it should have been delivered by now. “Been buying poppers from aromauk for quite some time now, always good quality poppers, fast efficient service and delivery.
