“I'll definitely recommend Lavers to others. I ordered online and customer service called to say they would be a slight delay with delivery ( not a problem as they let me know straight away) The delivery came on the day specified and the products are perfect. Really pleased, thank you!”

“I order quite a lot of pre-finished Kota skirting boards and architraves - most of which were damaged inside there wrappings on delivery and could never be used. Hats off to Laver though who looked into it and found a supplier problem. I thought it might be a battle to get a refund but communications with the company were first rate and was refunded without issue. Would definitely recommend, but stay away from Kota products regardless of supplier you chose.”

“Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Order was exactly as I had ordered and the quality of timber was A1. Driver was very helpful and friendly. Delivery came within a week. Very satisfied with Laver and will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Having brought decking last year, I thought I would go back as I had another project in my garden, i got a phone call ref my order, some was not in stock but was asked if I was happy to take some larger lengths at not extra cost, which I was happy with. Delivery was on time and driver very helpful. Can't fault anything on both occasions , would definitely use again ,and recommend them... Thanks.. Mick”

“Well impressed! It was a doddle ordering on line...then the local depot checked my order with me to ensure that it was what I wanted. I then collected the timber almost immediately. Great prices and great service”

“Received delivery of timber order last Friday. The whole buying process was very good. The cost was very competitive against local builders merchants and the order big enough to make the delivery to Whitby worthwhile I hope. The timber is for building a quality summerhouse / art room so it was nice to see good straight regular lengths, protected and carefully delivered. Thanks to Roy and the Laver team.”
