“This was my second purchase from Timberworld and once again great. I did worry it was a bit of a risk buying hundreds of pounds worth of wide-board timber off the internet, but quality was excellent - there has been no wastage due to quality at all, which is surprising with mainly 27cm-wide boards. Delivery was arranged for my convenience the first time (i.e. delayed until I could be present to receive it), and was super-speedy the second time.”

“Excellent experience. I had ordered 2 different profiles and the office called me to point this out and let me know they would fix it for me if I wanted. Definitely did! Also delivery was super fast. Ordered on the Sunday night, got a call on the Monday about the wrong profiles and everything delivered on the Tuesday. Would recommend and I will use again.”

“Ordering and delivery fine. Delivery driver excellent especially helping unload in a high wind. Quality of sheet material excelent. Quality of redwwod not good. one board split and one cupped out of out four boards”

“They sent one person to unload 55kg of MDF sheets. I'm a small woman. The man dragged the wood off the lorry expecting me to catch it while I shouted I wouldn't be able to. Could have broken my back. We then had to drag it into the house because I couldn't lift my end, wrecking the bottom of it. Why send ONE person to unload a lorry full of wood? I paid thirty quid for delivery. Utter joke.”

“Absolutely apalling service. Ordered and paid the best part of a thousand pounds for my timber online. Spent over 2 weeks chasing a delivery date, and was rang nearly 3 weeks later to say I've been refunded because you don't have my timber, and my money would take over a week to be returned to my account! The only thing I can say is that people on the phone were friendly, but I dont have my money or my timber and I've lost 3 weeks, so that isn't much consolation.”
