Absolutely apalling service.
Ordered and paid the best part of a thousand pounds for my timber online. Spent over 2 weeks chasing a delivery date, and was rang nearly 3 weeks later to say I've been refunded because you don't have my timber, and my money would take over a week to be returned to my account!
The only thing I can say is that people on the phone were friendly, but I dont have my money or my timber and I've lost 3 weeks, so that isn't much consolation.
