“Ordered timber but despite what was stated in the confirmation email did not receive any confirmation from the local depot regarding availability for collection.”

Thanks for your review. The depot fulfilling the order makes every effort to contact the buyer with a time and date for delivery/collection. We are putting measures in place to improve this process within certain depots.
