Thank you for your feedback. As our customer service team mentioned in response to your email, unfortunately we're unable to pass delivery instructions directly to the carrier from our system. For this reason, we always recommend keeping an eye out for notifications from DPD, which allow you to amend delivery details or add specific instructions directly through their system. “We have used Ark for years. Great delivery service - until this time - it was a nightmare, kept getting texts saying they had been to our house but missed us (they hadn't) We got there eventually. Shame, they used to be so dependable 😢”

We understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as planned, especially when you’ve come to rely on our service. I am aware on this occasion that the DPD driver struggled to locate your property, it may be that the driver is new to the area or the round. “Bit disappointed that you shut me down so soon after placing my order when I contacted you to ask if I could add an additional item so I wouldn't have to pay double postage. It was literally minutes after placing my order and literally minutes after contacting you that you advised the order had been processed. I didn't buy the additional item so maybe you could consider being a bit more flexible for everyone's benefit. It was a small error on my part that you surely could have helped me with.”

Our team works efficiently to process and dispatch orders as soon as they are received in our system. Due to time constraints, we have limited ability to make changes to orders. As our system takes payments immediately at the time of placing the order, we wouldn't be able to add on items to an existing order, without treating it as a new order. We do understand this can be frustrating, and we are currently looking into ways we give our customers the opportunity to make changes. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review of Ark Wildlife. All our orders are despatched the same day, on a Next Working Day service, if placed before 3pm. Your order was just inside our cut-off window, therefore was despatched the same day. Our parcels are sent via DPD, and you will receive email notification from them regarding your delivery, if for whatever reason you're not going to be at home at the time of delivery, you as the recipient have control of leave safe instructions or requesting delivery on an alternative day.
