Without this information, we were unfortunately unable to resolve your issue promptly. As you've now left your review, we're able to identify your account and look into this further. You received a series of our emails as you signed up to our mailing list on 18th Nov, however rest assured, your email has been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive marketing emails, only those for order confirmation and tracking.
