“Love my new kitchen, lots of compliments from friends & family all tradesmen used were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after well by our fitter Ben”

“The sales representative understood our requirement very well and had already produced an initial layout design which saved us a lot of time during the initial meeting. One thing worth noting is that it would be helpful if we were informed prior to the delivery to ensure there was sufficient space available to store the kitchen units to ensure they weren't left out on the patio. It turned out this wasn't an issue as the weather was dry on that day, however it would have been a different story had it been raining on that day!”

“This is the second time we have used Aristocraft to design and install our kitchen. The process tock longer than we were originally advised, and there were a few problems along the way, namely faulty cooker, some damaged units and the quartz unit not being finished off around the sink to a good standard. We felt is was us doing a lot of calling Aristocraft to get issues resolved, we accept nothing runs smooth when a project like this is undertaken, however it takes a 2 minute call by customer services to keep the customer informed. Now everything is completed we are very happy, and must give praise to Wayne the kitchen fitter, whose attention to detail was second to none. Craig who came to do the remedial work and the plasterers who did a first class job. All trades are a credit to your company.”

“Kitchen quality is excellent. We are delighted with it! Customer service pre-installation was also excellent. Why only 4 stars? Post installation customer service could and should be better. As with any installation, there were a few bits that needed snagging. We had to chase a few times to get them out. When they did come out, they did a great job at finishing off. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.”

“From an un rushed welcome in the showroom to an understanding excellent design through to disassembly of the old kitchen, the bank holiday service of the skip company, excellent electricians and plasterers and eventually a wonderful fitter, the whole experience was first class. Not to say there were not one or two slight hiccups, as there always is, but these were sorted in the same manner as the rest of the work was carried out and then to cap it all a visit from he managing director to check the installation.”

“Good morning Our kitchen has now been fitted for some time and I feel able to sumbit my review. The overall kitchen, quality and fittings are lovely. To start with we found things to be very shoddy no one seemed to want to do what we had been told had been included. They stripped the kitchen but, after some arguments, did part of the floor leaving the fixings for me and my husband to spent 3 hours getting the rest of up ourselves. The guy who did the tiling was great and his work second to none. The plasterer after some disagreement with yourselves over what was included was very good too. The kitchen fitter was again very nice (although he did say he would do some further work for us and after several promises from him we gave up). Finally the plumbing - here we are not at all pleased, the mixer tap has come loose several time, my husband has tightened it up with a screw driver. The noise in the sink when the washing machine is on is unbelievable (it never made a sound before your guy changed the pipe work) and although the main man said he would send some one round, he never did. We also seem to have a dripping noise that we never had before, it comes when we put the hot tap on upstairs so I presume something was fitted in the waste pipe in the kitchen and it is dripping onto that, we can see not sign of water damage so think this can be the only reason. I trust you will take time to read this and look forward to receiving your comments in due course T Newton”

“Lovely family company who are prepared to listen and put right any problems. Our fitter Steve was spectacular and really went the extra mile to keep us informed of late deliveries etc. The kitchen took longer to fit than we anticipated but the end result was worth the wait. Steve did a wonderful job and is a really nice man to deal with. I would recommend Aristocraft for their quality product and after sales service.”

“This is our third kitchen from Aristocraft and the second at our current house. As our kitchen is relatively small good use of space was important as was fitting in with our budget. From the outset the support we received from Richard was first class. The design he came up with made improved on the existing design using all the space available. The disappointment was an unforeseen need to change the main fuse box which added almost £500 to the bill. This was compounded by the delay in receiving the test certificate from the electrician despite several phone calls to the electrician and Aristocraft and visiting their offices to try and sort it out . Appreciate the work was done by a third party but he was recommended by Aristocraft as part of the service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen as the quality of the product and the finish achieved is superb”
