This is the second time we have used Aristocraft to design and install our kitchen. The process tock longer than we were originally advised, and there were a few problems along the way, namely faulty cooker, some damaged units and the quartz unit not being finished off around the sink to a good standard. We felt is was us doing a lot of calling Aristocraft to get issues resolved, we accept nothing runs smooth when a project like this is undertaken, however it takes a 2 minute call by customer services to keep the customer informed. Now everything is completed we are very happy, and must give praise to Wayne the kitchen fitter, whose attention to detail was second to none. Craig who came to do the remedial work and the plasterers who did a first class job. All trades are a credit to your company.
