“Twice I've used this company. The first time, the flowers didn't even turn up & it was Valentines Day. The second time, they sent the wrong bunch & the one's that I did receive were sub-standard. No response when I complained I'll be staying clear of these in future”

“I ordered flowers to surprise a beautiful lady. On the morning she was to receive the flowers she received a message from the courier advising when they would be delivered. Surprise ruined. Don't use!”

“The flowers were for my son-in-laws funeral, which I sadly couldn't attend because of my age and the long distance I would have had to travel, so I was anxious about the flowers arriving in time and also not sure if they would meet expectations as I have never used this service before. M fears were unfounded. My daughter said the arrived in plenty of time, were very fresh and well presented. She subsequently sent me a couple of photographs of the flowers and I wa very pleased! I will definitely use your services again and will recommend you to my family and friends. Thank you so much.”

“The flowers were sent in memory of my Aunt to her grieving daughter. They were beautiful and lasted well past the funeral date 10 days later. Despite the sadness of the funeral, she brought me in the house to show me how special they were.”

“I have always been very satisfied with Arena Flowers' products and service. However, there was a slip-up on my last order, resulting in the item being delivered, but no card with its message attached. It was only through detective work on the part of the recipient that they were able to trace the gift to me. I feel certain that this was likely an error on the part of the local flower shop that made the delivery. I would certainly use Arena Flowers again.”
