“The product itself works fine.. It takes some getting used to, so a few solo rounds so you can better understand how it works is a good idea.. The “link” device is worthless.. if I could return it, I would.. it can’t hold a signal no matter what you do.. Better off not buying it.. Would I spend the money for Arccos again? Probably not.. I love the idea, but the execution and the finished good, seems unfinished.. Maybe the next generation could be more intuitive.. And trash “link” it’s a completely failed product.. stop marketing it as useable.. it degrades your name brand..”

“Although I've only had the opportunity to use my device two times, I'm more than satisfied with the results. My only complaint is that on my last round, it didn't accurately count 2 or 3 of my balls that were mishit and landed in water hazards, or a few of my missed putts. Otherwise, I feel that the Arccos Caddie does a fair to good job at tracking my shots.”

“After 3.1K shots and 38 rounds.....I love my arccos caddie app!!.....one thing I would love to see is an overall fairways hit, GIR, etc on the overall tab like I see on the individual round tab.”

“Miss strokes, some holes are accurate but most are not. Birdies when I have par and inaccurate 2nd or 3rd shots not even being counted ⭐️”

“Purchased an Apple Watch only to find there are issues in using it fior shot detection. I don’t like having my phone on me when playing in case I damage it. I queried it to be told there is an issue with Arccos and Apple Watch and asked to be updated when it’s sorted and was told to watch out on social media.if Arccos had put on social media that their was in issue I would not purchased Arccos or a watch till the issue was sorted. I also purchase the super stroke putter sensor. So I feel a bit let down. The system itself is great but I’m 2 months into a 12 month contract and it doesn’t do what I wanted.”

“I really like using Arccos. While it hasn't really helped me lower my scores that much yet, the stats are eye opening. My favorite feature is the course preview. Very useful to plan out your round with before you go. The one thing that I have had issues with is not getting accuracy on the greens and it sometimes not registering the putt, I just guesstimate about where I putt from when I edit the round after. Also I have had about 3 sensors fail. One they replaced at no cost so far. I have not requested any new ones to replace the ones not working.”

“Set it is good. The distances are accurate. The problems include, lots of missed shots, you have to manually adjust shots, like chips and pitches. I would not purchase this product again! 🤫”

“So far, the link is inconsistent on picking up hits...leading to distractions while playing. Also, the app is inferior to others (I.e. GolfPadGps). You don’t get distances to hazards. Most other apps I’ve tried let you tap on screen to choose play-up distances to bunkers, washes, etc. Not Arccos. Connection with Samsung smart watch is unusable. Constantly hanging on a different hole when you want distances—or prompting to enter score, when the strokes already show up on the phone. I’ll give it a little more time, but right now it’s more distraction than help.”

“I have just used Arccos golf a few times. I also have the Caddie Link. Even with the Caddie Link I am finding that it does not register all of my shots. I must say that I am willing to keep trying it, but it must improve if I will sign up again.”

“The concept is great and when it works it’s really a great tool for your golf game. The challenge is the tech can be glitchy. Tracking shots with the phone in your pocket works 100% of the time. I had one link stop picking up shots. To acrcoss’s credit their customer service is pretty good and they sent me another one. The Apple Watch tracking works once out of five times approximately and I can’t seem to sync up the app with my watch so I spend 2-3 holes messing with it before it’s too distracting and I give up. Despite the challenges I’ve stuck with it because when the tech works it’s a fantastic tool.”

“First product of this type that I have used other than the free apps on the phone and I can say that Arccos has been a tremendous asset to my game. Just the knowledge alone of the individual club stats has been an eye opener to say the least and has helped my game tremendously. New courses no longer intimidate me as in thenpast due to how accurate the gps is and I have yet to find a course it could not download. I would highly recommend this product who wants realtime data or is unsure of what distances thwy are hitting, my laser now stays in the bag. Purchase the link as it is much better than the phone in the pocket. Great job Arccos.....”

“Sensors have unpaired randomly, don't pick up chip/pitch shots, putts usually have to be adjusted even with a putter sensor. When it works it's great, but is inconsistent.”

“I'm enjoying the product. I'm three holes short of being able to use the Caddie feature. The Link sometimes misses shots and I'm not familiar enough with the product to quickly add a shot or correct. My advice would be to have a thorough how-to video on navigating the app.”
