I’m in the early stages of the trial. I had/have many questions but as I proceed thru the learning curve they are being answered, usually satisfactorily. Eventually I’ll use my one on one conference call to solve any major unanswered concerns.

Very accurate on maintaining score with only putts and penalties to adjust for. Range finder is accurate. Love it.

I have used the Arccos system for a few years now. Last season just before it ended I received my LINK. The system is good but it doesn't always capture the shots. It's not really bad because it does make me replay the hole just like when I write the scores down. Anyway, I really like the system and have recommended to many people.

Golf courses in my region; South Otago are not downloaded in app and have had some issues with starting holes as don’t always start on 1. Liking the tracking and the info on distances as have new clubs and it is very helpful. Has definitely helped pinpoint areas I need to focus on; putt distances and approach shots etc which is helpful.

Adding shots isn’t very easy and I don’t like having my phone constantly in my hand on the course. I do love the data it is giving me.

Had problems the first time. 2nd time I used it and it was off a little. So really have no opinion yet. In a few months I’ll know more. Seems pretty good though.

Arccos misses shots the the stats get totally messed up. Yes you ca fix it, sort of. The range finder doesn't display distances to hazzards. You could use a point and click method but it's very difficult to select a point accurately on a small screen and a big finger. Stay away from this stuff.

I have been an Arccos user for several years now. Arccos has become an indispensable part of how I manage my game, especially in helping to show me what facets need the most work. I especially like being ale to set it at the start of a round and then being able to forget it until the round is over. Later at home I review the round and find what I did right and wrong. In a sense, I get to play the round again on my computer screen. For me that is extremely useful, and on some days, even more importantly, a lot of fun.

Does very well, occasionally doesn’t pick up a shot, but otherwise the data provided is phenomenal

The apps shot recognition is so poor, usage of the app becomes intrusive to the process of playing. When compared to glancing at a watch or a dedicated device this is just a poorly thought out solution.

Well worth the investment, took five strokes off my game in one season. Don't skip on getting the caddie link!

The Caddie app itself is terrific app and offers significant information on every course I play. While other apps and devices offer similar information, The Caddie app is the easiest to use. In areas of limited cellular connectivity, the app may lose connection or may close, however, when restarted the app continues the round from where the connection was dropped. This is much better than a hard reset that occurs with some apps. Customer service is awesome.

I've used Arccos for just 11 rounds so far however it's enough to be able to identify the major benefits:- Pro: - Easy to set up and configure - Very good user interface - TONS of data available to analyse your game and identify actual strengths and weaknesses (I had a completely false impression of my driving skills, for examlle). - The browser UI gives fantastic visuals/layout - very good tips/feedback based on areas for improvement Cons: - Putter sensor dead on arrival - It's NOT clear that the putter sensor will not fit a Superstore grip, so immediately had to cut & glue one....if I change the grip this could cause problems - With the Link unit it misses at least 10 shots/round, requiring manual intervention. - The lack of Stableford scoring on such a sophisticated Microsoft platform is, frankly, pitiful and means I still have to use a second app to track scores. - It could also be integrated to the new WHS back-end in order to have direct success to one's formal hcap ID. Despite the failings, the data and Ask Caddie functions are excellent. Still early days so I expect a year from now it will have moved forward further.

I have tried this product for a couple years. Tried the phone in pocket but it constantly missed shots and holes. Read a hint online to try an external microphone and place phone in pocket and it seemed to work better than phone in pocket. Still missed shots but less and I could enter those missed myself. Soon ran into the sensors not working or having to be re synced before rounds. Took off clubs for a while. Read that they were working on a clip for belt that would no longer require the phone in pocket. Signed up for purchasing when available unfortunately it took a long time for the product to be usable. I get it was a work in progress and waited for it to be usable. Last fall received notice it was available and purchased the product. Used last fall and this spring and it is awful. I might pick up one shot a hole but most likely it misses all shots. When it does pickup shots it was not always the correct club. Followed guide to use on side nearest ball and moved to see if it worked better. Nothing seemed to work. At this point I am just done trying to make it work for me. To be honest I only gave it one star because they do not allow a zero star rating. I hope others can make it work for them but for me it was a waste of money.

Absolutely love them. Easy to use and have brought to my attention of a couple of gaps that I have in my irons. Great product! Have used them for 3 weeks for about 17 rounds with no issues.
