“Sometimes has a hard time tracking the 2nd shots on a hole after driver has been hit”

“I love the statistics, the analysis of my game and the recommendations of the Arccos Caddy during the game. He is often more right than I am about club selection. However, I have to make sure that my shots are well compatabilized. It often happens that the tee shot is not recorded and the putt count does not match. I have been using the Arccos link since this year, I like it, but it comes off easily. I lost it on the 14th hole during my last game. Fortunately a good samaritan found it.”

“I was a tad sceptical about the sensors, but I have to say that there worth every penny. For those who want a full breakdown of their game these are a must. Customer support is excellent too - I lost my caddie & they helped me find it! They’re in the US & I’m in the UK - how good is that! Don’t think about just go for it, you won’t regret it.”

“I cannot keep the Link connected. It keeps losing contact and stops recording shots. This can go on for several ones as there is no apparent need to check my phone. I need to still keep the phone in my pocket. In my opinion, the link is a big waste of money. I truly wish I could get a full refund! Due to these ongoing issues, I have not really been able to record a full round without adding some guesses at past shots.”

“Great Product when it works the data analysis is useless if not fed accurate data whether using phone or "LINK" to many shots are missed even more are missed using "LINK" NEEDS MORE ROBUST METHOD OF SENSING STROKES ONE THAT WORKS EVERYDAY REGARDLESS OF WEATHER OR CLOTHING WORN”

“Impressive data analysis is waiting for me now after every round. I no longer need to think about recording info during the round allowing me to concentrate on the shot. ‘Caddie’ occasionally makes a rogue selection (5i into 122yd par 3! 👀) but on the whole very good indeed.”

“I wish the link would be more reliable and recognize my shots more often. It's hard to stop and fiddle with my phone when I have a group behind me waiting. Also, I don't know if my Ping driver grip is malfunctioning or if it's my link.”

“I just finished m first round with just bought sensors and application. First impression is very positive. It recognised all shots and used clubs without problem. It shows all distances. I like it very much.”

“This is a complete waste of money. Take my word for it and don't bother buying this product. 1) Customer service is non-existent. 2) The website it amateur at best and it is very difficult to navigate and edit rounds. 3) The sensors don't work. I am spending more time editing my rounds for the correct shots and distances than it took to play! It would be easier to just mark it on my card. 4) It uses up the phone's battery at an alarming rate. 5) The marketing words are just that. Not one claim on their website can be substantiated based on my experience.”

“These have been a genuine game changer. I know how far I actually hit each club. I can see what clubs I get up-and-down with most often. I can see what I need to work on (for me it's approach play) and track progress. From July of 2020 to today (April 28, 2021) I have 134 rounds in. In that time, I've gone from about an 11 to a 4.3, broken par twice, and had a hole-in-one. That's not all down to Arccos, of course - I've been working very hard on my game - but I feel it's helped tremendously. It was very easy to set up. I don't mind the phone in the pocket. I tried another system with a watch and it wasn't for me. Arccos misses some shots now and then and I've had to swap out some sensors, but no big deal. Adding or changing clubs is really simple. Very easy to edit both on the phone and the dashboard. And the GPS normally works quite well. It doesn't always do a good job adjusting for big slopes uphill or downhill, but it's mostly okay. I think figuring out the wind and slope and what club to pull is part of the skill of playing, so I'm mostly just using it for yardage anyway. Customer service has been really great. I always get an answer back within a day or so of emailing a question or reporting a course mapping issue and they're helpful and thorough. I do wish I could listen to audiobooks on my phone as I play, but I don't think that's possible, since the phone obviously needs to use the microphone. My only real complaint is that is doesn't track up-and-down stats for the putter. You can see your up-an-down percentage for all the clubs except the putter, which I think is quite odd. I putt from off the green all the time, and it would be nice to know that stat.”
