The sensors and caddie work quite well . Defining where the pin placement is usually doesn’t work at all. The sensors do not fit into my golf pride mid size grips at all well. I have lost 2 so far and will have to glue them in when I regroup my clubs. I will do this when I get my new sensors which I bought over a month ago and am yet to receive.

Overall I’m very happy with this system. Customer service has always been fantastic to work with. Very little editing after a round. The only issue I e had is the caddie link did not hold a charge very long, but my phone was available.

I like the idea of Arcos, and am trying to use it with my Apple Watch, but at times the interface can be frustrating. Missing shots that require an edit during the round on my phone is really frustrating. The data is great, and once I get the hang of navigation, I think it will be even better, but right now my feelings are mixed.

This product is awesome! So many positives and just one negative if you’d want to call it that. The good: Such a cool way to keep track of areas you need to improve on, ways to review your round shot by shot, a way to see to see your stats the same way you’d see your favorites players on the golf channel, and a way to compare your numbers to another player at any given handicap level including a tour pro. The only negative I have is that if you’re going to buy these you need to buy the caddie link with it to put on your belt and have a compatible smart watch. I’ve only played 5 rounds so far, 2 without my watch since I forgot it. Those two rounds having to keep my phone in my pocket (and forgot at times out of habit or by setting it down to check yardage and forgetting to put it back in) I was having to add, delete, or edit shots. With the watch on you do not need your phone on you, I have not had to add, delete, or edit a single shot and you can see the yardage and club recommendation right there. A tip for people reading reviews that these fall off your club, I installed them that used 1 strip of electrical tape around them and the club and have had no issues with them falling out. All in all these are so cool and I’m so happy I bought them.

I have over 750 rounds on Arccos. Over 6 years. Using Link very successfully. Handicap Index has dropped from 15 to 1.0 I think knowing my REAL distances and miss tendencies has really helped me focus my practice in a meaningful way. Great product.

I’m only two rounds into my Arccos journey but I’m already hooked. The post-round feedback and data is mind blowing and the accuracy is spot on. I can’t wait to get more rounds in so I can start using the caddie function. If you’re on the fence about using Arccos, just do it and let it blow your mind and help your game.

First time I could actually use it would not link to satellite. Think the concept is great but not sure if it will be available all the time. I had been telling everyone at club about it and how excited to see if it did as it advertised. First time kinda dropped the ball.

Half the time it doesn't record any shots, I have to put them all in manually. And it's not like I can sit there in the middle of the round and exit the round, check that clubs are paired, restart the round, add all my previous shots, then start again and hope it starts working. Oh, and how do I return the link? I bought it and it has NEVER worked! It connects to my phone just fine, but can't find a GPS signal ever!

The Caddie link has spotty gps so it doesn’t always work. When it does, it seems to pick up shots better than the phone alone. Using the phone alone I’ve had some issues with all of my shots being recorded. Overall, when working correctly, it’s a very useful tool but I think it has some ro for improvement.

My only problem is losing the sensors. I lost the putter sensor and ordered a new one and didn’t realize until after I ordered that i would’ve got a discount for being a previous customer. I wish they were secured a little better to the club

Overall this is really cool technology and very high quality hardware, software and support. But my primary goal is to learn new club distances as i was just custom fitted and these sensors came free with club purchase. For the reasons I outline below Arccos Golf can't really help me. I did buy the Link device and it's super easy to use and have so far just captured data vs. using the app as a smart caddy. Strengths: (1) Very cool to see last round visually mapped out on golf course (2) great to see total distance of each drive (3) great summary stats of GIR, Fairways hit, up & downs, putts, initial putt distance (4) easy to adjust shots (e.g., putt off green to chip, occasional missed shot, add penalty) (5) Link device is very unobtrusive, easy to set pin location w/single button push (6) Dashboard & varied features are cool, but read on to see why they are limited in effectiveness for me (at least at this time). One simple nice one shows, by club, % of shots left vs. right, short vs. long. That was nice to remind me that my Driver miss is mostly left. Weaknesses: (1) it doesn't show carry distance, only total - so other than driver, it's not as helpful trying to help me determine my new club distances (i get it's not a trackman, just my feedback vs. my needs) (2) it doesn't calculate/show effect of wind & slope, so again doesn't help me determine new club distances. this one arccos could address as it has that info in the app (wind speed, slope, humidity, altitude, etc.) (3) smart distance is a range that again is limited value based on my first two points above; perhaps if i get enough data (only 3 rounds so far) it might be useful as it uses 70 percentile throwing out great & bad shots. To Be Determined: (1) I haven't used the app as a caddy during round yet as i bought the Link device and am used to using a rangefinder. The wind & humidity factors seem interesting, but again, I will have to track that manually for each shot as that info is not stored with each shot (even if it didn't calculate/adjust, would be nice to show in app summary that i hit 7 iron 170 with a 15 mph tailwind vs. no wind) (2) if i use as a caddy assist, i'm not sure how accurate pin location will be while hitting shot from fairway. i can easily set/adjust pin location when i get on green using Link but i have little confidence a prior arccos user has already done that ahead of me on the course i'm playing. i'll have to compare with my rangefinder (but then i'm fiddling with tools vs. playing golf) (3) Analytics - they are all cool but i'll need more time with them to see how they can help me. i'm a 6 handicap and i know my general weaknesses, one of them being i'll never spend hours every day practicing, but perhaps this can help pinpoint my rough spots faster

Driver woods and iron sensors worked great for first 3 months, then the sensitivity changed to the point its now random. The putter sensor missed alot of putting taps

Most of the time the value of Arccos far outpaces the price. Definitely room to improve accuracy of pin detection using LINK (single click feature), putt detection in general, and accuracy of shot detection in general. My last round completely missed a tee shot on a par 3 as well as misreading 3 putts (2 putts were not made and 1 not detected).

The Apple Watch reading is sub par. Kinda disappointed. I should of got the link when you were offering a great price. Now I can’t find the discount for the link
