“Big thank you to Natalie and the team at Arbtech for project managing our Ecology and night bat surveys so quickly, given how busy they are at this time of year. We are looking to renovate our property and the council required surveys to be carrying out to enable us to submit our application- to be honest, we didn’t know where to begin…. The Arbtech team have been really helpful and honest, and we’re really glad that we made the choice to use them.”

Superb service, great price, arrived exactly when agreed & smiled all the time. “I needed a relatively urgent tree survey, on behalf of a client, as a result of a tree preservation order being placed upon trees adjoining a site being submitted for a small residential development scheme. Not only did I receive a quote the same day after making contact with Robert Oates, Charlie (Moore) continued this quick contact, talked through what I needed on the phone and was on site with my client within 48 hours. I received the full report three working days after. I cannot fault receipt of such a comprehensive survey within seven days of initially contacting Arbtech - thank you.”

“Natalie and her team were very professional turning up and carrying out the Bat surveys quietly and efficiently, resulting in a very detailed report. Having no idea about the implications of bats with regards to our re-roof, Natalie answered our many questions appropriately and courteously. Now we carry on with Arbtech to get a bat licence through Natural England before our re-roof can take place.”

“Natalie was very professional and thorough in assessing our house for bats. I was totally amazed when we received the bat report the same day it was done! We have had lots of delays and Natalie has tried to help in speeding the proceedings up, which was much appreciated! Although we do have bats present in the 1st floor roof, she also provided a second report (and kindly did it over the weekend!) to reflect a ground floor area where there was no bat activity and hopefully we will now get planning permission through on that basis! Well done Arbtech and thank you! I would recommend this company.”

She has helped us with our planning application following the required surveys and report with a pragmatism and professionalism that we have really appreciated. “This was our first experience employing Arbtech and we will certainly be using them again. We appointed Arbtech to carry out a preliminary bat roost assessment and BERS. Every member of the team I communicated with were polite and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our requests. A special thank you to James Fielding who drove from Devon to complete a survey for us in Farncombe to help meet our planning deadline. Highly professional, knowledgeable and all for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommended.”
