“I placed the order on a very beautiful, unusual engagement ring. I had a date planned on when I was going to pop the question... got the email from Angelic with a delivery date 1 day late. I quickly emailed them and within an hour, everything was sorted, PANIC OVER! Angelic managed to get the beautiful ring 2 days earlier than expected! Top notch customer service. So I got down on 1 knee and popped the question. Luckily, she said YES! =) Roll on 4 months of wearing it with pride. The Fiancé calls me in a distressed tone. 1 of the tiny side diamonds had disappeared?! She was gutted! After searching all day. I sent the dreaded email to Angelic and explained. Once again, in under 1 hour I get a reply. A list of instructions was emailed to me and the ring is now with workshop. They have quoted an 8-10 day turnaround which seems pretty fair to me. My Fiancé has said her hand feels naked right now haha! So far, I am very pleased with the company and I would highly recommend them on their workmanship and customer care. I will be buying the wedding ring from them in the near future. No doubt about it.”

“I came across Angelic Diamonds when searching for a wedding ring. I didn't want to go to a mainstream jeweler and pay inflated prices, so was thrilled to find out Neil and his team make rings in their onsite lab. We met him and looked through a selection of rings and he was patient and helpful whilst we asked questions and tried them on several times. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. We are thrilled with the rings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angelic Diamonds !”
