“I received my Odeon a few days ago and I’ve had a few days to wear it out and about with my tablet and other things. I already own a Letten in black and Viadukt work in green. I was looking for a change of colour and the possibility to wear it as a back pack so I was really excited for this bag. So far I have somewhat mixed feelings about the bag. On the one hand it looks really well quality leather and well made. The color in Merlot Red looks great. It isnt more spacious than the Letten (in fact more narrowed in terms of depth) but it is taller than the Letten so I guess it works itself out that way- and all the pockets have a good function as well. It’s steady and the handles seem stable to carry it by hand or your arm although a full bag would be too heavy to carry it on arm for too long. So HERE it’s where my mixed thoughts come into: I own a viadukt day in bright green (seasonal color) and two Belovoir (in Melot and grey), as well as two wallets and a clutch, and so far the least favourite thing I love about my bags and wallets is the golden hardware. It’s toooo shiny and depending on the color of the bag I have to be honest but it brings down the look of the bag making it look almost cheap. For instance on that Viadukt bright green it just doesn’t work and against the Merlot color I really dislike it. In the Letten black the hard wear looks okay but also because it’s very minimal . It works on the small Bervoir because the hard wear is minimal but I never wear that chain it came with-it looks really bad. I got the leather strap for the viadukt in two colors and make it work. That brings me to the next thing-the straps on the Odeon. I’ve never had these straps for any of the bags mainly because the stripes are just not my thing but I thought well, let me give them a try with the Odeo-not only they are not my style (that’s a personal thing) but they are so stiff on the edges and the gold hardware is so shiny!!! I can’t stand it! They dig into my shoulders no matter how heavy or light the bag is. Then they sort of bed in the middle and they take a weird uncomfortable shape and they slide down continuously-with or with out my coat on-I don’t understand…The issue I find myself in, is trying to match leather straps (if I were to buy separate) to the incredibly shiny hardware on this bag- let alone matching the Merlot red-is a challenge of its own. I am keeping the bag because like I said, it is a really good bag and it serves the purpose. I have been waiting for a bag like the Letten with a bag pack attachment for years so I will just have to bring the bag to a shop to see if they can match the color and buy some comfortable leather straps. Maybe a more discrete gold tone for future bags? I don’t like the silver version either also too shiny… but it really does bring the level of the bag down which is such a shame because they are truly beautiful bags! Perhaps that’s a personal preference and perhaps the straps is also that. I will give the bag 4 stars because it is a good bag and I can’t dispute that.”

“I was excited for the bag and the quality the leather feels great but when I wore the bag for 2 days only I noticed the handle started to wear out already!! Keeping in mind that I care for the bag really well and I just wore it from home to office twice that's it! Keep in mind I drive to work I don't even walk or ride a bicycle now I'm really disappointed in the quality!”

“I don’t know if I am the only one with a bad experience or everyone is just reviewing too early (although a colleague told me her zipper broke 2 weeks after the purchase). So my experience: one month after purchase it looked already very used and the edges cracked, so i sent it for repair. But then later just couple of weeks after you would think i have been using it for years! It’s such a shame because genuinely the bag is soo pretty, and i really like another design as well, but I won’t but it which is too bad! For the price i expected better quality.”
