“I bought the Viadukt Day bag from Ameli Zurich and this bag not only looks like a chic and high-quality designer bag, but is also an incredibly practical business laptop bag that is not available on the market a second time. After a few business trips, the Viadukt Day with its many customisation options (as a backpack, crossbody or attached to a suitcase) passed the test with flying colours. Ordering on the well-structured and highly user-friendly website was super easy and delivery was extremely fast. I can highly recommend the company and the products to every woman!”

“I did not enjoy paying via Klarna. Letten is okay. I found out that I need this size for my work. But it is a really big bag and also looks like a really big bag. It is not possible to reduce the size anyhow if it is half-empty. For me it is not the perfect bag. I have a leather handbag which does not look huge, but has lots of space inside. And I am still searching for a Laptop bag which looks elegant but not huge.”

“I just really like the whole experience with the Ameli Team. I recently ordered the ADJUSTABLE STRAP Black / Soft Grain Leather and like the style of the product. When I attached it to my bag, I found some small issues with the Leather part (there were some really small parts with a different leather color). I wrote an Email to the team and got a fast reply. The Team apologized for the problem and asked me to send the strap back and offered me a new one. So far a nice customer service. But what I also liked is the fact that they want to talk to the producer to make sure, that this issue won't occur again - a great example of continuous improvement in the start-up world.”

“Very classy eye-catcher bag - was stopped on the street twice in Amsterdam, NL and asked where I got it from! Two minor remarks, firstly the straps, since folded and secured at the bottom, could be a little longer so when wearing a more puffy jacket in the winter the bag doesn´t sit too tight as a backpack. Second, it would be great if the bag would come with a storage cushion.”
