“very hard to order”

“I got an email saying my first shirt was $2.95. After designing it, and going to checkout, that was not the case. I knew I would be paying more than $2.95, nothing is free, but it shot up A LOT. I liked my design, so I ordered it anyway. Not happy with the price, but I didn’t want to start all over with a different website. I better get a good quality product!”

“I have not recieved my order yet. I wanted to add one size of a shirt to my order and I called earlier to the customer service line and they said I can't do that. So I had to re order a size and pay shipping all over again. Was frustrating to have to do that.”

“I spoke with Mitch about the pricing and he discounted the price which I appreciated. At the top of the page it said free shipping but when I went to pay they added shipping in on top of the discounted price. So I don't know if it is a giltch in the website but getting to the end to pay and have the price change it is very frustrating.”

“Checkout instructions were not clear. Went weeks without realizing checkout didn’t go through even after Apple Pay because I needed to click secure checkout (thinking it wasn’t another method of payment).”

“Not a huge fan of how much the cost of shirts has gone up in a year. I also don't understand why the cost per shirt sky rocketed when I tried to add to an additional 25 shirts. Shouldn't it go down if I order more?”

“My order was cancelled and I was not notified. After I contacted Allied Shirts, I was informed that I had not included a physical address on the order and Allied could not ship to PO Boxes. When I called to re-start the order, I was informed I should just reorder on the web page and include a physical address. When I submitted the order for the second time, I realized I had included a physical address, but it was in address line two, not the mandatory address line one. Needless to say, order process was a bit cumbersome. That said, it was easy to add a logo and design the shirt and I am looking forward to seeing the shirts.”
