“Earlier order was cancelled now I have to pay extra for shipping and I'm not really sure the shirts are available or will be delivered on time.”

“We love how the shirts turned out, however, the shipping and customer service are very poor. We've had to reorder the same shirt 3 times because of various mistakes. We've been promised things would be shipped, and they've yet to be fulfilled, we haven't received all of our product. We've been shipped the wrong shirts multiple times.”

“I'm looking into ordering a lot for a fundraiser, but I am disappointed that one sample is costing me $25. I'd also like to ensure that the workers who make the shirts are well-treated, wherever the shirts are physically made. Thank you so much! I'm looking forward to getting my sample.”

“The "next" and "confirm" buttons when trying to check out are grayed out so i was stuck not able to fully finish the transaction. It was frustrating and i had almost given up with the order. But i decided to call and the agent asked me to "hover" over the grayed out buttons. Then they runed red and i was able to proceed. Any chance you can make the bottons red before having to hover over, so that one can see them? when they're grayed out theyre almost the same white color as the page background and it's too hard to see the button to proceed with checkout. I wonder ho many others have gotten stuck like me...and then give up completing the transaction.”
