“Very difficult checkout process. It would not accept my preferred credit card, it just kept saying "error." When I tried to use my PayPal account to pay, it kept changing my shipping address to the wrong one and wouldn't let me change it. I had to apply for an entirely new credit card, hope to get approved, and use that card to make my transaction. Very difficult and annoying overall. Users should be able to create an account with this website and save/edit your personal info such as address, email, saved designs, etc.”

“Print quality is poor, you can see definition lines that aren't visible on the artwork and when i put these shirts side by side with shirts I've had printed elsewhere the difference in print quality is night and day. You can see outlines where a square was framing the artwork that was supposed to be removed. The front logos are too high on the shirts and some of the shirts have spots on them.”

“Designed and was going to order one shirt. Price showed $12-something. Then decided to get another color (same type shirt) and the price for the one jumped to $28! That is SO wrong! I am ordering this time because I need the shirts but will not be using this site again. So disappointed in the pricing structure. (I even called the 800# and the rep said they could not override the pricing on the website.)”

“PRICING VERY INCOSISTANT WHILE MOVING FROM WINDOW TO WINDOW. OFFERED DISCOUNT PRICE ON THE FIRST TSHIRT OF 2.99 BUT THE TOTAL PRICE CALCULATED LIKE ALL OTHERS. THESE ARE MY SAMPLES TEST WHERE I NEEDED 50 BUNDLE BUT I am not sure if I will return, just wait t0 see the quality of the t shirts and that will be my final decision break.”

“Very difficult website to create and your system with repeated attempts would not get my billing address correct. You need to FIX all this. I wanted to order a 2nd different Tshirt, but could not figure it out. I'm sure all this is costing you a fortune!!”

“I haven't received the shirt so I can't review the product but the discount didn't show up on computer so I had to do design on phone. Functionality was very glitchy and took 45 minutes to do a simple 5 minute design.”
