“Don’t waste your time or money, they only sent 1 pair of shoes when ordered 2 & told me I’m a liar and kept my money!!! Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. AVOID”

Hey Annie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, as per our emails showing that 2 pairs of shoes were definitely sent in one of our large mailing bags and also the Royal Mail weight also corresponds to this, if only 1 item was sent the weight would be much lower and it would of went in one of our small mailing bags. The images you have sent over and that are shown on your proof of postage also show that there was 2 pairs of shoes in the package, as only 1 pair was returned to us this pair we were only able to process a refund for this item. Thank You

“Ordered some sandals and they arrived in great time. The sandals are so cute and unique compared to other sites. My only issue is that they rub and have given me blisters however thats more down to my dodgy feet than the sandals. Overall 10/10 and would happily order from these guys again.”
