“The website is easy to navigate and products are reasonably priced for such good quality boots. I have ordered a number of times and the products last well, especially considering the use they get! Orders have always arrived quickly without any problems.”

“I received my order and loved the quality, however I received 2 left feet instead of 1 right and 1 left. Although this was a unfortunate mix up, customer support were quick to respond and were very helpful in trying to get the issue sorted. I sent my order back with a note in the box for them to send out the replacement boots. I am still waiting for my order. Although this was an unfortunate mix up, I cannot fault the customer service and hopefully my replacement boots show up soon.”
