“Absolutely appalling. I have been waiting for my order for seven days now and there’s no update on it. Tried to contact customer service but still no reply and not received my item.”

“Love the style and they’re really comfortable. I get lots of compliments when I wear the boots - I have three pairs of different styles. Really affordable too!”

“Fast delivery. Paid for the mystery box of shoes. Got a nice pair of flats but not really my style so gifted them to my mum and she loves them. Thank you”

“Ordered the mystery box after reading all the positive reviews online. I received my order today to find that the sandals i received are not even advertised on the website. I purchased with the intention of receiving a item of shoes which is advertised on the website. I feel extremely mislead and disheartened. I was really excited to receive the product and all of my friends and family were waiting to find out the quality of mine before ordering theirs roughly 5 of them. Due to this I will no longer re-order and will warn everyone not to order their mystery boxes. The mystery boxes are such a lovely idea and the other reviews are glowing however on this occasion the experience has not been great! Plus to top it off when my partner walked in he laughed at the shoes and called them disguising 🤷‍♀️”

Hey Abbie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I can see the sandals you received in your mystery box are our Vacate sandals which are still available to buy on our website now - https://ajvoyage.co.uk/search?q=vacate . We're sorry you do not like the style, we select mystery boxes at random and it is always something off our website x

“I love your shoes they’re the perfect chunky style and lots of variety! I’ve bought a few pairs from you which I love but the material doesn’t feel massively durable. The prices are quite good thought and i regularly look for new releases that you put out”

“The service I received was incredible. I ordered the wrong size and I messaged AJ Voayage instantly. Their response was rapid and was able to cancel the order. I've now got the correct size on order, which I can not wait to receive. The boots just got back in stock 😍”
