“Customer service is 10000/10. I ordered a pair of sandals that is out of stock often, and I live in the states. The shipping was surprisingly fast! Unfortunately one of the straps broke a few hours into wearing the sandals. When I told customer service, they refunded me no problems. Thank you!!!!!”
