“Ordered boots under the wrong addresses and emailed them immediately after in the middle of the night to amend it hopefully before shipping. Their customer service was fabulous and responded around 8am the very next day to let me know it had been updated (not even 12 hours later) and once dispatched I received the boots so quickly and the quality of them is fantastic. Would 1000% purchase from them again, thank you!”
