“Placed an order and was sent size 3 instead of size 5, then ordered another one but as I was staying away that weekend and wanted the boots for an event I had them delivered to the hotel. They were then marked as delivered but were not and the company said there was nothing they could do! So I'm now £50 out of pocket with no boots to show for it”

Hey Abby, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, I'm sorry to hear there was a mix up with sizes in your first order, I can see we have arranged a free return and a full refund for this order. We have an on going investigation with Royal Mail for your second parcel however they have confirmed your parcel was delivered to the hotel reception which has been confirmed by the last scan co-ordinates on their GPS scanner. We would always recommend you have your parcel delivered to your own property and not a shared building such as a hotel, we cannot be held responsible in instances such as this as the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address you provided on your order. As the royal mail investigation confirmed this we would suggest contacting the hotel again as this is where your parcel will be located. Thank you

“If I could rate this brand a zero I would. This brand has the utmost worst customer service you could ever imagine. I ordered the pair of shoes online, got debited, received the confirmation email... After a weeks of zero news at all, I decided to contact customer service to ask what was going on, if my package might have gotten lost. They, BTW, advertise a 24h response, Pure lies. After 3 days I had to recontact them again as no one got back to me. I finally got a response that made no sense at all, they did not even got my shoe size right. After back and forth emailing, where I still had to wait 3 days for each reply, I finally got an explanation. They keep shoes on there website (supposedly in stock) let you place the order, debit you, to then LET YOU CHASE THEM FOR A RESPONSE, to finally explain that they were in fact out of stock since the very beginning. They issued a refund, but honestly what a waist of my time and energy.”

“Bought the KARMA Chunky Platform Pocket Detail Ankle Boots and they feel very well and securely made. I’m a Female UK size 4 in brands such as Nike and Vans, ordered these in a size 5 (size 4 was out of stock) thinking they wouldn’t be much bigger. Boy was I wrong. I had at least an inch of room inside the shoe. Exchanged for a size 3 and I still have a bit of room for my foot to slip so sizing is definitely on the bigger side. But they are definitely cute and worth ordering if you can find the size that fits you. Delivery was also very quick, as was the exchange!”

“Love the boots, but when I received them the had blue pen on them yes I was able to take the pen off, but when you pay for something new you don't expect to be cleaning them before using them.”

“They feel and look amazing!! They are pretty perfect boots! Very comfortable. BUT get a .5 size bigger!! Or a full size bigger. Other than that I see no fault in them”
