“I emailed AJVoyage as Boots came visibly damaged. I was asked to send them back before i could get either another pair or a refund when id purchased them for an occasion. They wouldn't of come back in time. I sent pictures that clearly shows the damaged boots i purchased. And when i told them this wasn't good enough im a customer and i shouldnt have to take time out of my day to send damaged good back they didn't even respond”
