“Great customer service—they reply really quickly, but they just tell you what you want to hear. The problem still hasn’t been fixed. I placed an order almost two weeks ago because I urgently needed a pair of shoes. They sent me the wrong order, and when I kindly asked if they could send my correct pair while I returned the wrong one, they refused. Instead, I had to print a label and go to the post office to return their mistake. I’m still waiting for my shoes. This has been a terrible experience—I’ve never dealt with anything like this before. All they saying is waiting.”
