“Order came in time and was packaged well. Boots were really good quality, ordered 2 sizes as was my first time ordering. Returns process was easy to navigate, would be nice to have free returns. Delivery provider was DX not really bad much experience with them but they wouldn’t leave the parcel which is frustrating when I work full time shift patterns”
