“I received my order and loved the quality, however I received 2 left feet instead of 1 right and 1 left. Although this was a unfortunate mix up, customer support were quick to respond and were very helpful in trying to get the issue sorted. I sent my order back with a note in the box for them to send out the replacement boots. I am still waiting for my order. Although this was an unfortunate mix up, I cannot fault the customer service and hopefully my replacement boots show up soon.”

“Sizing was a little off on the slippers (5 were huge) which meant I had to return but it was quick and easy. I've got the size 4 now and they're much better. Great quality for price”

“My boots came and were gorgeous. They’re such good quality and look exactly like they do in the photos! Please bring out a wide fit selection. Unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them. The returns process was quick and easy although there is a charge.”

“I have had a pair of boots for about 4 years which have been great, they were well priced and comfy. The sole has now split in half so I have bought a similar replacement pair as I would prefer the superior comfort and price point over other brands.”

“I have purchased 3 pairs of sandals and 1 pair of boots from AJ voyage and love them all. The styles are so current and fashionable. The sandals are so comfortable and it’s like walking on a cloud.
