“I received my order and loved the quality, however I received 2 left feet instead of 1 right and 1 left. Although this was a unfortunate mix up, customer support were quick to respond and were very helpful in trying to get the issue sorted. I sent my order back with a note in the box for them to send out the replacement boots. I am still waiting for my order. Although this was an unfortunate mix up, I cannot fault the customer service and hopefully my replacement boots show up soon.”

“Very quick and easy service. Updated and confirmed as soon as ordered. Shoes are great, bought 2 pairs to choose from and returned one. Only down side is the return not being free, but a cheap fee so not too disappointed.”
