Hey Jamie, So sorry to hear this, our Blizzard boots have been one of best selling styles both this A/W and A/W20 and we havent recieved any other negative feedback reguarding this style. Of course you can return these to us if they are not suitable. Thank You x

“I don’t normally leave reviews unless I’m totally In love with the product! I absolutely love these boots! They are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever bought I highly recommend them to anyone. My feet are quite weak and these are soo supportive even more than trainers. 10/10 happy customer I will be buying more!”
